The prices are per day and apartment for two people, and include final cleaning, VAT, and excluding local tourist tax*.

Each additional person: €18 per day, Children up to 3 years of age stay for free. For dogs, we charge €12 per day.

Useful Information
LOCAL TAX
The local tax is € 2.10 per person/day from the age of 14 and is payable on the day of departure.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
We are open all year round, with Saturday as the standard arrival and departure day. From November to March, arrival and departure days are flexible.
Apartments are ready from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival – if you arrive earlier, please let us know in advance.
On departure day, we kindly ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM so we can prepare for the next guests.
MINIMUM STAY
The minimum stay from the end of March to November is 7 nights.
From November to the end of March, it is 3 nights.
PAYMENT
We kindly ask you to settle your bill in cash, card payments are not possible. Bank transfers are possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.

For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.

For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.

For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.

For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.

In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of illness or other emergencies, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

DOG HOLIDAYS IN ALGUND NEAR MERAN
Dogs are part of the family here, so your furry friends are very welcome! There are plenty of beautiful walking paths around the farm for long strolls and small adventures. There are also great hiking trails for you and your dog to enjoy in and around Algund.
